this Wild West pub isn't as rowdy as days of yore (check out the bullet holes in the phone
booth by the bar) but locals flock here for dinner and dancing. The Old Town Pub hosts
live bands most weekends, pours great margaritas and serves gourmet pub fare.

best fine dining in Steamboat, Bistro CV excels with its carefully prepared, creative New
American dishes. The regularly changing menu uses fresh, sustainable ingredients. The
chicken-chorizo pot pie with a savory cornmeal crust is an excellent way to start. For
mains, try the white truffle gnocchi or the $21 burger, topped with foie-gras and worth
every penny.

Asian flavors
with French preparation combine for the most exciting dinner in the Mountain Area. 'Col-
orado Never Ever Beef Tenderloin' comes sided with mushroom bread pudding - the best

equally winning.

serves Asian-influenced French fare in elegant, candlelit environs. The mains won't blow
minds - rack of lamb, duck breast with black-eyed pea hash - but on Thai Night the prices

corner.
