Hiking
Most of the bike ride companies also make for good hiking. Emerald Mountain has great
hikes, as does Spring Creek, accessed from 3rd St, past the high school and up to two
small lakes beyond. This trail eventually takes you to Buffalo Pass and Routt National
Forests and can be backpacked.
