Most visitors do day trips to Nederland. Nearby Indian Peaks Wilderness campgrounds
and backcountry campsites are managed by the Boulder Ranger District ( Click here ) .

Rainbow Lakes Campground
(off County Rd 116; campsite $13; ) Surrounded by lodgepole pines, this campground sits at
10,000ft with access to brilliant hikes on the eastern side of Rocky Mountain National
Park. Though an excellent option in the off-season, it receives lots of traffic in the sum-
mer. Bring your own water or filter from the lakes, half a mile away.

cafe, with roaring fires in winter and a stone patio in summer, brings some much-needed
ambience to Ned. Skiers can start their day with egg sandwiches on brioche and great Ozo
coffee. It offers salads and sandwiches, with gluten-free options, and beer and tap wines
for the après-ski and bike crowd.

New Moon Bakery
