Chatauqua Park, this big farmhouse with a wrap-around porch is a favorite of hikers, es-
pecially for breakfast. Service isn't speedy, nor is the food a standout compared to all the
local offerings - it's all ambience. The menu is farm-to-table, supplied with produce and
cured meats from a local farm.

rolls like the Colorado, with raw filet mignon. Trout, a common sushi in the mountains of
Japan, is worth trying here.

on a summer afternoon. The chef has summited Mt Everest 10 times!
