doesn't really capture the refinement of dishes at Domo, which sports the best garden din-
ing in all of Colorado - kind of like dining in Mr Miyagi's backyard.
The fun doesn't stop there; Danielson, the spicy maguro and hamachi donburi, is an ex-
plosively flavorful combination of fresh fish, seaweed and chili-soy dressing. Each main
is served with seven traditional Japanese side dishes.

tomato fit-fit (diced tomato, onion and jalapeños in vinegar-based sauce) and combination
platters such as Arada Six (which includes delicious siga wot, a spicy beef stew). The tile
floor means no frills, but for those keen to share, this place is loads of fun.

Mizuna is exclusive, expensive and exquisite. The small dining room only adds to the rar-
efied atmosphere and there's a certain pride knowing you're eating at one of the country's
most renowned restaurants. The menu is eclectic and ever changing, with an emphasis on
fresh seafood and locally sourced seasonal produce.
