10. TAXIS AND LIMOUSINES
Taxis can be taken from the lower level of SFO, and a typical journey into San Fran-
cisco will cost roughly $40, plus a standard 10 percent tip. Note that there is also a
$2 surcharge for trips from the airport. Limousines are more costly and you will have
to book them in advance.
