Adding Layers
Elements gives you several ways to add a new layer:
▪ Choose Layer→New→Layer.
▪ Press Shift+Ctrl+N/Shift- ⌘ -N.
▪ In the Layers panel, click the “Create a new layer” icon labeled in Figure 6-5 .
