way Bay (see 16 , G4) - it's by appointment only. Odd, perhaps, but worth the trip if
you're serious about whisky and bourbon. Several dozen varieties of whisky are served
here, in large brandy balloons with large orbs of ice hand-chipped by the Japanese bar-
tender.
