Happy Valley Racecourse
Horse racing is Hong Kong's most popular spectator sport,
and an evening at the races is one of the quintessential
Hong Kong things to do. Every Wednesday from Septem-
ber to June, the Happy Valley Racecourse comes alive with
eight electrifying races and an accompanying carnival of
food and wine. You can try your hand at betting, or simply
enjoy the collective exhilaration, the smell of the turf and
the thunder of ironed hoofs.
