( www.kabutours.com ) Just getting off the ground at the time of writing, this new
community-run venture was set up by the Wildlife Conservation Society to offer an altern-
ative source of income to turtle fishers from the community of Kakabila. It offers
overnight and multiday trips to the Pearl Keys including turtle-spotting and snorkeling
and community tours.
