AIR
Managua International Airport (MGA; www.eaai.com.ni ; Carretera Norte, Km 13) is a small,
manageable airport located about 30 to 45 minutes from most hotels. Intur ( 8am-10pm)
has an office inside the international terminal, next to the luggage belt in the arrivals area,
where English-speaking staff can recommend hotels, confirm flights and share flyers.
The smaller, more chaotic domestic terminal is adjacent to the main building. The fol-
lowing airlines fly from Managua:

to Havana, Cuba.

Managua is the main transportation hub for the country, with four major national bus and

Quezada.
