On the Recipient page, click Add to select the groups and users to which the notifica-
tion should be sent.
On the Related Recipient page, click Add. On the Select Related Recipient dialog box,
click [Work Item] Work Item has Service Level Instance Information, and select Primary
Owner, as shown in Figure 4-16, and Assigned To User.
