Bled Jezero
(“BledLake”)Station
isacrossthelakefromBledtownandisusedonlybyinfrequent,slow,tourist-orientedtrains
into the mountains. You're much more likely to use the
Lesce-Bled
Station in the nearby
village of Lesce. The Lesce-Bled Station is on the main line and has far better connections
to Ljubljana and international destinations. So if you're buying a train ticket or checking
schedules, request “Lesce-Bled” rather than just “Bled.” (This is so important, I'll remind
you again later.)
