$$ Hotel Michele is a friendly, quirky guest house facing a school in a quiet though
slightly dingy neighborhood; it's a 10-minute uphill walk from Maršala Tita street. The 10
huge rooms and eight gargantuan apartments are gaudy, decorated with antique furniture.
This place has hosted several celebrities in town for the Sarajevo Film Festival...it doesn't
take much prompting to get the receptionist to do some name-dropping. On my last visit, I
slept in the Richard Gere room (Sb-€75, Db-€85, much bigger “luxury” room for €20 more,
