Planning Your Time
Unless you're a pilgrim (or think you might be a pilgrim), skip Me đ ugorje—it's an experi-
ence wasted on nonbelievers. (The only “attractions” are an unexceptional modern church,
a couple of hilltop hikes, and pilgrim-spotting.)
If you do go, the easiest way is to take a day-trip excursion from the Dalmatian Coast
(sold from Split, Dubrovnik, and Kor č ula). By public bus, you can day-trip into Me đ ugorje
from Split, but not from Dubrovnik. Consider spending the night here, or sleep in Mostar
two nights and day-trip into Me đ ugorje.

some friends and saw the apparition again.
