West of the Old Town
The pleasant residential neighborhood west of the Old Town, along the waterfront drag
called Put Svetog Nikole, comes with an easy, level walk into town and gorgeous views of
the Old Town peninsula. The main advantages to sleeping here are a bit more space and (in
many cases) sea views. I've listed places in the order you'll reach them as you walk along
the water—from one minute (the first listing) to 10 minutes (last listing) away from the Old
Town.
