Rovinj Heritage Museum (Zavičajni Muzej Grada Rovinja)
This ho-hum museum combines art old (obscure classic painters) and new (obscure con-
temporary painters from Rovinj) in an old mansion. Rounding out the collection are some
model ships, a small archaeological exhibit, and temporary exhibits.

This century-old collection of local sea life is one of Europe's oldest aquariums. Unfortu-
nately, it's also tiny (with three sparse rooms holding a few tanks of what you'd see if you
snorkeled here), disappointing, and overpriced.
