flow of traffic from Santa Elena means you'll probably be up early.

Standing alongside a narrow alley, the Mesa's terrific value. Rooms are neatly furnished,

balcony units as they cost no more than interior ones. A good-sized swimming pool
straddles the courtyard and rear deck, and the popular restaurant-bar opens on a lakeside
