CLUB
Papa Chango
(Calle Las Pilastras; midnight-late, Thu-Sat)
A popular, laid-back reggae bar. It heats up around
midnight, when all the bars in the center are required by a town council ordnance to close.
This area's a bit suspect - lone travelers (particularly women) are probably better off
avoiding it, and if they decide to go, are advised to take a mototaxi, both to and from.
Orientation & Information
The town only introduced street names recently, but few people use them; most people
know what street their own house or business is on, but everything else works by land-
marks. There are no street numbers.
