This tag doesn't require an ending tag since it is a strict declaration, and we can write any
color inside the parentheses to change the overall color of the website.
You can also use hex color values to change the color to something more unique. Hex color
values are six digit numbers preceded by a (#) hash mark, or the number symbol. These
hex color values are used to identify many different blended and unique colors.
Hint: The hex color values must be entered with the hash mark for the property to be understood.
