Accommodations
You'll find a wide variety of accommodations in the Cayman Is-
lands, especially on Grand Cayman. Luxury resorts, full-service
hotels, lavish condominiums, budget hotels, guest houses, and bed-
and-breakfasts are available.
Room prices vary greatly with type of accommodation, location, and time
of year. High season (mid-December through mid-April) brings prices
about 40% higher than in summer months. A Government tax of 10% is
charged on all accommodations.

Resorts & Hotels
The Cayman Islands are home to several resort and hotel properties, al-
though they're outnumbered by condominiums and villas. Resort accom-
modations range from intimate to enormous. They generally offer a full
menu of resources for guests, from concierge service to rental car desks to
wedding coordinators.
Resorts offer many different packages. Not every package is available at
every resort but check with yours when booking to select the best package
for your needs and your budget.
