Shopping
West Bay isn't know for its shopping; you'll have to head back
down West Bay Road to Seven Mile Beach's malls for a big selec-
tion. In this area, you will find a few good souvenir shops.
Cayman Turtle Farm

3893/3894, www.turtle.ky. You can't miss the turtle farm's gift shop; you'll
walk right through it on your way in. It has everything turtle-related: tur-
tle socks, turtle jewelry, toy turtles, the list goes on and one. Steer clear of
the turtle oil and turtle shell items, however; they'll be confiscated by US
Customs.
Tortuga Rum Company
, Northwest Point Road on north side of the
turtle farm,
345-949-9247. This expansive gift shop sells Tortuga Rum
Cakes; on weekdays you can even watch through a window at the bakery
for a look at the cakes in progress. The shop displays the many rums man-
ufactured by Tortuga Rum, but they are not for sale.
Devil's Hangout
, Hell. This shop is worth a stop if only to see the owner,
Ivan Farrington, in full devil costume. Many people stop here and write a
postcard to be postmarked from Hell.
