plete with white glove service and a romantic atmosphere. Reservations
are suggested for this elegant eatery, which is the most lauded restaurant
in the Cayman Islands. Menu selections include glazed swordfish, roast
pork tenderloin, and filet mignon. We recently ate a wonderfully romantic
dinner here, enjoyed to the sounds of harp music. Call for reservations and
ask for an outdoor table if the weather's pretty.

turing spicy Cuban black bean soup, jerk pork tenderloin, grilled yellowfin
tuna with cilantro linguine, and more. Top it off with tropical coconut
cream pie with white chocolate and mango sauce or frozen Cayman lime
pie with raspberry sauce and whipped cream. Inventive presentations
make this a good choice for a special night out. Dining is indoors. Reserva-
tions are recommended for this popular eatery.

for special corporate events and has won numerous awards. It is open only
for dinner. Start with chilled mango and orange soup, Caribbean conch
chowder, conch fritters, or escargot. The menu includes many seafood spe-
cials: orange roughy “Monte Carlo,” broiled lobster tail à la française,
poached coquille St. Jacques. House specialties include chicken Trinidad
and smoked pork tenderloin Casablanca. Ottmar's has children's and
take-out menus as well.

taurant blends the flavors of Asia with the Caribbean and Europe. Start
with surf-and-turf carpaccio or chicken and beef satay, then move on to
entrées like Moroccan chicken, Uraguayan rack of lamb, black Angus beef
or Thai-style curry. Late night tapas are served weekdays until 12:30 am
and Saturdays until 11:30. The restaurant also has a busy night scene (see
page 181). Reservations are recommended.
