$$$. The breakfast and lunch eatery for the Westin Casuarina, Fer-
dinand's has indoor and outdoor dining (the outdoor dining area, which we
recommend, is covered with netting to keep the birds out of the breakfast
plates); reservations are suggested. The menu is varied and rich with sea-
food items. Start with conch fritters or jerk pork quesadillas, then move on
to Caribbean lobster tail, Malaysian satay, salmon tournedos, Mediterra-
nean chicken kabob, or grilled tuna. Take-out is also available.

popular restaurant, open for lunch and dinner, serves pasta and fish
dishes with a Caribbean flair. Choices include fire-roasted Caribbean
rotis, jerk chicken sandwiches, “Hell Hot” pasta, shrimp pesto, and daily
fish specials. Cimboco is the creation of the same folks who brought
Chicken! Chicken! (below) to Grand Cayman. Diners can eat in or take out.

roasted chicken is sold by the quarter or by the half; family-sized meals are

favorites include bagels, croissants, honey pecan rolls and scones, all ac-

from muffalettas to tuna salad to Reuben sandwiches.

popular for both its bakery and its 12-cents-a-minute Internet connections
(you'll see four terminals at the front of the bakery; just sign up and keep
track of your time). Order up some espresso then enjoy poppy seed bagels,

floors and displays of English teapots.
