eral public. The first building phase consists of 30 two-bedroom, two-bath
villas, to be followed by 50 more units in the near future. Each of the villas
has all the features you'll need for a home away from home, including a
completely furnished kitchen, dining room, living room, and more. Full
maid service is also included. Some of the units have beach views. The re-
sort has a mini-market, car rental desk, beauty salon and spa, and social
activities for adults and children. the resort's pool has a swim-up bar, and

listings on Seven Mile Beach, Cayman Villas also offers exclusive proper-
ties in Cayman Kai. “Cayman Villas specializes in beachfront condos and
private houses ranging from economy to deluxe, from studios to seven bed-
rooms,” says Penny Cumber, managing director. “Most private houses are
at Cayman Kai, but there are many other quiet beaches around Grand
Cayman, Cayman Brac and Little Cayman on which we also have villas.
Guests can have their own private beach and still be in the midst of all the
action.” Some popular economy properties managed by Cayman Villas in-
clude Kai Sound, a studio cottage on the beach, and Gemini, a duplex with

Villas appeal to many types of travelers. Cumber says that the different
properties offer variety to suit all tastes: honeymooners rent the quiet pri-
vate houses and condos or a place close to action; families with young chil-
dren prefer houses/condos all one level; families with older children take
houses within walking distance of watersports; large family reunions or a
large gathering of friends rent condos or houses close to each other; while
wedding parties and guests in stay in nearby villas. Honeymooners and
those celebrating a special occasion receive a complimentary bottle of
champagne.
