4. When you start up Visual Studio 2013 Express, you will get a window asking
you to log in with your Microsoft account. This is the account you will use to
log in to your Hotmail account or your Xbox 360 (if you have one).
5. Once you log in, Visual Studio 2013 Express will be registered to your Mi-
crosoft account. This is a smoother process than what it used to be.
