Turku:
Both Viking Line and Tallink Silja also sail from Stockholm to Turku in Fin-
land, a shorter crossing (11 hours, departing daily at about 7:00-9:00 and 19:30-21:00).
Turku is two hours from Helsinki by bus or train. The boats are usually smaller, with less
cruise-ship excitement. The cheaper fare saves you enough to pay for the train trip from
Turku to Helsinki.
