Midtown Tunnel has a toll of $7.50. You should only use official yellow taxis that wait at
designated ranks - just follow the signs out of the terminal.
BY BUS OR TRAIN
Greyhound and most other long-distance
bus
lines (with the exception of the Chinatown
buses, which arrive in Chinatown, and Mega Bus/Bolt Bus which drop off on the streets of
Midtown) terminate at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, W 42nd St and Eighth Avenue.
Amtrak trains
come in to Penn Station, at Seventh Avenue and W 33rd St. From either
Port Authority or Penn Station, multiple subway lines will take you where you want to go.
