store. There's free live music every night, a reading

A shiny new temple for beer drinkers, Tørst boasts reclaimed wood and a sleek metal
bar, behind which some-twenty draughts sit hooked up to the “flux capacitor”, which al-
lows bartenders to monitor and adjust the gas and carbonation. The results: flawless 8 or
14oz pours. An upscale restaurant, Luksus , shares the premises.

band performances and wacky events - cookoffs, Burt Reynolds' film celebrations and
so on. The front-room bar (daily 5pm-4am) is a pleasantly spacious place to drink.
