Danny Meyer's leafy food kiosk has become a phenomenon, with a long wait for tables
pretty much all day (try to avoid prime lunch and evening hours) and spawning Upper
West Side and Soho offshoots, as well as a spot at the Mets' Citi Field. Folks come for
perfectly grilled burgers and frozen custard shakes, and everything is under $9.
