Celebrity chef Tom Colicchio strikes again, offering a menu of unusual, delicious com-
binations, such as pancetta-wrapped monkfish, in a somewhat overwrought dining area.
The Tap Room at the front offers an excellent prix-fixe lunch ($25), more casual dinner
options and a warmer vibe.

contemporary American fare - dishes always showcase the food's provenance; entrees
might include pheasant pasta, grilled rabbit from the Hudson Valley and Vermont suck-

Marys, too.
