While this Hong Kong seafood restaurant is good any-
time, it's most enjoyable on weekends for dim sum,
when carts of tasty, bite-size delicacies whirl by for the
taking every thirty seconds. This place offers superb
bang for your buck.

This vaunted modern Italian restaurant is great for a splurge (no reservations; $100 prix-
fixe), while its sister joint, Parm , next door (Sun-Wed 11am-11pm, Thurs-Sat

Donnie Brasco and The Sopranos had scenes shot in this favourite local dive bar, located
in the heart of Little Italy. Formerly known as Mare Chiaro , the wooden bar, subway tile
floor and pressed tin roof have barely changed since it opened in 1908.
