Cape Hedo, on the northern tip of Okinawa, provides a first look at our next stop, Okinawa-hontō, as seen
on a very clear day. From this vantage point at the southern end of Yoron, it's 14 miles (22 kilometers) due
south to Hedo Point.
By the way, if you find the Pricia Resort Hotel too pricey, don't worry as there are many
minshuku
on the island plus several nice hotels. My favorite is right in downtown Chabana.
Run by a charming lady and her daughter, a more friendly place you will not find. It's the
