A trusted source of quality information is the Cochrane Library. Reviews
provided through the library have been vetted by expert panels as being
objective and systematic and a fair interpretation of all the available
evidence for a particular intervention (or intervention for a particular
disease or condition). Reviews are updated periodically as further
research is published and the confidence in any conclusions regarding
intervention efficacy grows (or diminishes). These are perhaps the most
