Changing Your Screen Resolution
To change your screen's resolution, follow these steps:
Right-click the desktop in Windows and choose Screen Resolution.
Click the Resolution drop-down list. Then, drag the slider that appears to adjust the resolution.
To see how the selected resolution looks, click the Apply button.
If you like the change, click the Keep Changes button in the dialog box that appears. Otherwise, click Revert, and
repeat Steps 1-3 as needed.
When you are satisfied with the resolution, click the OK button to close the Screen Resolution screen.
Changing the.Size of.Icons and Text
To change the size of icons and text without changing your screen's resolution, do the following:
Right-click the desktop and choose Screen Resolution.
Click the Make Text and Other Items Larger or Smaller hyperlink.
Click one of the available option buttons to change the size of text and other items. (Here, Smaller is chosen.)
Then click the Apply button. You'll be prompted to log off your computer and log back on to implement the change.
