Unlike email, microblogs can be seen by anyone and can be commented on
by anyone, though people must usually register with the service to com-
ment. To address a post to someone, put an @ sign in front of the username.
To find a topic of interest, you can search within the blogging platform. To
make a post more likely to be found, you can add a # (hashtag) indicating
the topic. Figure 9.6 shows a search for items tagged “Wimbledon.”
