To open a file, use the Open command on the File menu. Navigate to the location of the file in
the same way you do in Windows Explorer. To close a file, use the Close command.
Printing and Sharing Files
To print your work, open the File menu and click Print. Then use the controls that appear to
specify the options for the print job.
You can email a file to others in native format, or in PDF or XPS format. These are both page
layout formats that people can read even if they do not have the original applications.
