Chinese restaurants that abound in Peru, you'd be right - the chef hails from Canton and
is working on two decades of experience with stir-fries, noodles and the like. The extens-
ive menu weighs heavily with chicken, beef, pork and duck and everything is damn tasty.

Usha-Usha
(Puga 142; admission S5; closed Sun & Mon) For something a little more in-
timate, this place is a graffiti-covered, hole-in-the-wall dive bar run by an eccentric local
musician Jaime Valera, who has managed to cultivate a heap of charisma in these four
walls. He sings his heart out with his musician friends and you walk out with an unforget-
table travel memory.
