A tiny locale where locals
rave about the steaks, travelers melt over the breakfasts, and everyone enjoys the fresh but
nontraditional burritos, which could feed two with pancake-like tortillas and a wide array
of ingredients presented fajita-style in separate bowls.

Andres from Rosario, Argentina,
serves up homemade gelato-style ice cream. Classics like dulce de leche and banana split
are present, but the jungle fruit flavors are worth a try. It's halfway down the hill to the

Serving healthy and hearty food, beer and wine and fabulous coffee,
Hearts is a longtime local favorite, with some organic produce and box lunches for excur-
sions. Breakfasts like
huevos rancheros
target the gringo palette perfectly, and the corner
spot with outdoor tables was made for people watching.
Long run by a renowned NGO, it is set to change hands, which probably means it will
lose the charitable aspect.

Batman
! The
