OK, but ridiculously overpriced, Plaza de Armas' Sonestra has a lovely
terrace with fabulous El Misti views, but some less beguiling interior hiccups: eg rough,
industrial carpets and dodgy brown leather sofas in its communal areas. It's time to join
the 2010s or knock the price down.
