There are a few tour operators in Hargeisa. Don't expect fully fledged outfits or Kenya-
style safari companies, though - you'll be most likely dealing with a one-person operation
or a freelance guide who will arrange car rental and SPU protection when required, and
will accompany you to the Somaliland Police Force Headquarters and the Ministry of
Commerce, Industry & Tourism.
