Creating the Legs of Bed
In this section, you will create the legs of bed.
1. Press F2; the Top viewport is maximized. Choose Create > Object from the main menu;
a cascading menu is displayed. Next, choose Cylinder from it; a cylinder is created in
the Front viewport and Cylinder is added to the Object Manager. Rename Cylinder as
Leg1 .
2. In the Attribute Manager, choose the Object button; the Object Properties area is dis-
played. In this area, set the parameters as follows:
Radius: 3 Height: 46
3. Choose the Caps button; the Caps area is displayed. In this area, select the Fillet check
box and enter 0.5 in the Radius spinner.
4. In the Attribute Manager, choose the Coord button; the Coordinates area is displayed.
In this area, set the parameters as follows:
P . X: -26.07 P . Y: -127.059 P . Z: -91.69
Press F1; the Perspective viewport is maximized. Figure P1-5 displays Leg1 in the Per-
spective viewport.
