From this flyout, choose Global Illumination ; the Global Illumination area is dis-
played.
2. Choose the Effect button again; a flyout is displayed. From this flyout, choose Ambient
Occlusion .
3. Choose the Effect button again; a flyout is displayed. From this flyout, choose Glow ;
the Glow area is displayed. In this area, select the Use check box. Next, enter 10 in the
Size spinner and 13 in the Intensity spinner. Next, close the Render Settings window.
After entering these values, press CTRL+R; the rendered output of the current frame is dis-
played in the Perspective viewport, as shown in Figure 12-13.

Saving and Rendering the Scene
In this section, you will save and render the animation. You can also view the final rendered
sequence by downloading the file c12_cinema4d_r16_rndr.zip from www.cadcim.com .
The path of the file is mentioned at the beginning of the chapter.
1. Choose the Edit Render Settings tool from the Command Palette; the Render Settings
window is displayed. In this window, choose the Output option; the Output area is dis-
played. In this area, enter 90 in the To spinner.
2. Select the Save option from the list displayed at the left side in the Render Settings win-
dow; the Regular Image area is displayed. In this area, make sure that the Save check
