9. In the Object Manager, select
shoulder_joint.Pole
and move it in the Perspective
viewport, refer to Figure 7-18. You will notice that elbow rotation is controlled with
shoulder_joint.Pole
. Next, press CTRL+ Z to undo the rotation.
Binding the Rig
In this section, you will bind the rig using the
Bind
tool.
1. Select
hand
,
Root
,
shoulder_joint
,
elbow_joint
,
wrist_joint,
and
end_joint
in the Object
Manager using the CTRL key.
2. Choose
Character > Commands > Bind
from the main menu;
Skin
is added in the Ob-
ject Manager, as shown in Figure 7-19.
