The illuminated night scene
The following steps are required to complete this tutorial:
a. Open the file.
b. Illuminate the street lights.
c. Save and render the scene.
Opening the File
In this section, you will open the file.
1. Choose
File > Open
from the main menu; the
Open File
dialog box is displayed. In the
Open File
dialog box, browse to
\Documents\c4dr16\c06\c06_tut2_start.c4d
and then
choose the
Open
button; the
c06_tut2_start
file is opened, as shown in Figure 6-7.
Illuminating the Street Lights
In this section, you will illuminate the street lights using the
Spot Light
tool.
1. Press and hold the left mouse button on the
Light
tool in the Command Palette; a flyout
is displayed. Choose the
Spot Light
tool from it;
Light
is added to the Object Manager.
