In the Tasks pane, under Domain Controllers, click Pre-create A Read-only Domain
Controller Account.

On the Welcome page, select Use Advanced Mode Installation and then click Next.

On the Network Credentials page, select My Current Logged On Credentials or select
Alternate Credentials. The credentials you use must be a member of the Domain
Admins or Enterprise Admins groups. Click Next.

On the Specify The Computer Name page, shown in Figure 5-7, enter the computer
name you want to use for the RODC and then click Next.
6.
On the Select A Site page, specify the site in which the new RODC will reside and
click Next.
7.
On the Additional Domain Controller Options page shown in Figure 5-8, specify
whether the new RODC will be a DNS Server and a Global Catalog server. The default
in domains with AD-integrated DNS is for both to be selected. Click Next.
