A few kilometres from Ku Chawe Inn are the Mandala Falls Offline map . A nature trail
runs past the Mulunguzi Dam and on to the falls. From here you can hike through some
beautiful indigenous forest and passed a trout farm, to Williams Falls Offline map , another
fairly impressive cascade.
A popular viewpoint is Chingwe's Hole Offline map on the western side of the plateau.
According to local rumour, the hole was said to lead to the bottom of the Rift Valley and,
in days of old, local chiefs would throw their enemies down there.
For even more impressive views, head for the eastern side of the plateau, where
Queen's View Offline map (named after Queen Elizabeth, wife of King George VI, who
visited Zomba in 1957) and Emperor's View Offline map (after Emperor Haile Selassie of
Ethiopia, who visited in 1964) overlook Zomba town and out towards Mulanje.
