Lichinga is set out in a series of concentric circles, with a large plaza at the centre and the
main transport stand at its southeastern edge near the market. It's easy to cover on foot -
nothing is more than about a 10-minute walk.
The section of road running past the governor's mansion on the northwestern edge of
town is closed to vehicle traffic and the area immediately in front of the mansion is also
closed to pedestrians.

her house; it's on the Cuamba road just after Socin supermarket.
