In a noisy, busy location near the central mosque, the Rosy has faded,
overpriced rooms that are worth considering only if other budget options are full. Rooms
on the ground floor have air-con, while those upstairs are marginally nicer, but with fan
only. There's no food.

has a modest selection of overpriced seafood meals, seating in a cavernous interior and
something of a faded pub ambience. It's at the easternmost end of Avenida Marginal, near
where it turns in to Avenida Maputo, and past the port.
