While it may be a bit of a tourist trap, Boma man-
ages to be more genuine than tacky. Enjoy a taste of Africa at this buffet restaurant set un-
der a massive thatched roof. Dine on smoked guinea-fowl starter, impala-knuckle terrine
or spit-roast warthog. There's also traditional dancing, interactive drumming and fortune
telling by a witch doctor.
